For those who have been following the story of “The Woodsman” there is now a petition running on ipetitions to show support for its restoration and reinstatement in St Martin’s Square, Basildon. I wish to thank everyone for supporting our campaign to bring the Woodsman sculpture back where it belongs in St Martin’s Square. In just one week we have managed to attract just short of 1000 supporters. We need more so please ask your friends on Face Book to give their support so than we may send a clear message to our elected representatives telling them of our anger at this cultural vandalism
